Awkward NYU Party

A special presentation....bringing you the awkward dynamics of an NYU dorm party. This is narrated by the lovely Mary McCarty and features many of this blog's dearest friends like Cristina Popek and Christina Carey. It's also pretty typical of what Mary and I have regularly seen at these dorm soirees, regardless of the company invited. Must be an NYU thing...maybe we should have gone to state school. Anyways, enjoy.

Christina at the Street Fair

Christina eyes up some of the $2.00 a pair specials at the street fair. Most conveniently, the street fair was open this weekend on the street next to NYU's library, meaning that we enjoyed the sun and spring weather instead of going to do our studying at the library. I enjoy when the universe helps me out in this way. Thanks, powers that be, for aiding my procrastination.

Happy Birthday, here's a Fist of Fury

Today was Christina's (not to be confused with Cristina) Birthday. Here's a shot of what we got her: a statue version of one of her favorite comic book characters. We chowed down at Olive Garden and chatted about the upcoming X-Men beginnings movies as well as the article in this week's Entertainment Weekly about who they would cast in the upcoming Justice League movie. A good time all around.
